ABOUT THE ROLE The Spa and Wellness Manager at Dawn Ranch has the unique opportunity to redefine wellness.
Our ideal candidate has a strong connection to nature, as well as the drive and experience necessary to create a truly unique spa experience.
They will be responsible for leading the charge in creating and delivering innovative wellness programs that draw from the surrounding landscape, encouraging guests to connect with nature, find a deeper sense of relaxation and rejuvenation, and make lasting changes to their personal wellness.
The Spa and Wellness manager reports directly to the General Manager, and is responsible for ensuring the safe and successful operation of the spa department.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage and report spa budgets, including expense, revenue, and profitability.
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive spa menu of services, treatments, and products aligned with the resort's brand identity and financial objectives.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of spa initiatives to ensure goals and objectives are successfully achieved.
Answer guest concerns and questions in a clear and professional manner.
Conduct weekly walk throughs to ensure maintenance and cleanliness of Spa facility.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure quality guest service.
Manage spa inventory and ordering of supplies, including developing professional relationships with vendors, to ensure the quality of products/services as well as the smooth operation of the spa.
Responsible for staff and scheduling with accuracy and timeliness.
Conducting interviewing, onboarding, training, counseling, and reviews.
Manage the accuracy of the department's payroll, timeclock edits, commissions.
Develop and implement spa promotions and events to attract new customers and gain existing ones.
Maintain the spa's compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Seek opportunities for professional development and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas of improvement.
Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to use repetitive hand and body motions such as grasping, writing, typing, listening, hearing, and visual acuity.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
2-4 years' experience in a supervisory role providing customer service in the spa, hospitality, wellness center or related industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to adapt to the audience in question.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow through with outstanding time management and organizational skills.
Proven problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets.
Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs, weekend and holiday availability is required.
Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a team player.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
